This week I am thankful for Big Box, one-stop-shopping stores. We are in the middle of moving to a new house. Which means everything is in boxes. I'm exhausted. My toddler is grumpy. Our budget is stretched to the max. Which means I'm thankful that I can hop into my car, drive to one store and get groceries, packing tape, diapers, a birthday gift for a friend, and some new furnishings and supplies for the new house. I'm trying to be better about shopping local, using public transportation, and being a conscientious consumer. But this week, I'm thankful for my Big Box store.
